Shaikh Hasan Foundation for Culture & Science The Foundation believes that the aspirations and determination of the Palestinian People, as part of the Arab Nation, to practice and enjoy their human, national political and economic rights on their historic homeland in freedom and dignity is just, inevitable and thus should be respected and guaranteed.
To coordinate and cooperate with local and international human rights organizations in an effort to prosecute the consecutive Zionist governments for committing ethnic cleansing and war crimes and crimes against humanity aganist Palestinian civilians before and after the 1948 war of ethnic cleansing in Palestine, including the war crime they committed against Shaikh Hasan by isolating him from his own family and people for 44 years.
This effort could add pressure to conform a precedent to prosecute the Israeli occupation forces of violating human and international laws and the 4th Geneva Convention on prisoners of war towards more than 10,000 political prisoners who are facing torture, isolation and repression.
